this is kinda (wholly) inspired by some of my professors sending out voter info so shoutsout to them 😛

here's the main page for calmatters' 2026 voter guide. calmatters is nonpartisan and independant from commercial, donor, or political interests. a resource i think is pretty important for a lotta people is the governor q&as with shortform video answers from each candidate to a whole host of important questions. midterms are also important but uh i just don't know specifics about that yet, but it looks like calmatters has some nice schtuff for that as well.

i'd share my top threeish but i will maybe wait on that in hopes that people might first take a look at the candidates first themselves. what i WILL say tho is Steve and Chad are genuine bricks. steve seems so unqualified and chad knows nothing but hate for the democratic party. steve is a talking head from FOX and chad is an ex-sheriff who can't argue a point that doesn't start without "so because of the democrats..". ALSO STEVE HILTON IS ENDORSED BY DONALD TRUMO SO i really should've led with that but uh okay.

voting is so important, especially in a time as politically tumultuous as the time we reside in now. also if you don't vote you're lame and you're added to the list of lames in my life who don't vote. okay 😋 now go vote or else!
